Tree Service in East Greenwich, Rhode Island

Mike calls it like it is, only does what’s needed and would rather save a tree than take one down. We had about 6 trees removed due to damage or rot, and several more cleaned up to keep the critters off the roof! His crew did an awesome job, all the way to grinding the stumps down . Mike and Maureen are great. Hugh tree had to be removed deep in the backyard. In order to get equipment into the backyard it involved rolling over a large area of lawn from front to back. Before the trucks moved at all plywood planks were used to protect the area. They were prompt and friendly--- no wasted time. I would use this tree service again in a heartbeat.

EG Tree crew today removed row of 40 yr old+ overgrown shrubs & were courteous, professional & quick. They left work area so clean, you would not know anything happened unless you realized shrubs were gone. Recommend them highly and have used them for years.

During the recent wind and rain storm a very large branch came off a tree and looked like it was going to come through my bay window. I called EG Tree and Maureen and Mike the owners came right out before it got dark to reassure me it would be fine until morning. They were here the next day and after an intense couple of hours were able to take down the tree and the branch. Very professional and for the work an excellent price! Would highly recommend them.

After the recent storm I had a maple tree fall partially onto my neighbors yard. East Greenwich Tree Service responded to my call when no one else would, came promptly, gave me a great price, and did an excellent job on several trees. The cleanup was great. I would highly recommend this very nice company.

I called East Greenwich Tree Service because of their excellent reviews and I am very glad I did! I live in a neighborhood and have a fenced yard. They removed a tree and trimmed many others around the pool area and all over the yard. They gave an estimate and stuck to it, doing the job in a clean, courteous manner. I highly recommend!

Mike and Maureen have been taking care of our tree work for years, including major storm damage, smaller cleanups, trimming deadwood and general maintenance. I called and Mike and Maureen came out right away to assess the situation. One tree for sure needed to be cut down. It was a danger to me, my neighbor and National Grid. Several other trees needed to be cut to clear near my power lines. I thought more trees needed to go, but Mike talked me into trimming and not cutting the tree down. Mike and Maureen are all about saving trees. EG tree service did a fabulous job. The price was fair, and their crew was great!

Mike & Maureen and their employees are simply the best. I asked Mike to give me an estimate to take down a tree, due to problems with power lines, etc. Mike discouraged me from taking down the entire tree and that he could solve my concerns without removing the whole tree. I agreed with his appraisal. Well today, I came home and Mike and his crew were on my street. I asked Mike if he was waiting for me and he said, no we are all done! Well, I looked at the tree and his work was exceptional and I looked at my property and it was like he wasn't even there. The clean-up was fantastic. This is the second time I had Mike (East Greenwich Tree) do tree work on my property and both times I am and have been completely satisfied. So, if you need tree work done, go to the professionals and call Mike & Maureen at EG Tree Service. You won't be disappointed.

Mike & Maureen were fantastic! They were out touring the house soon after our call, and gave us a quote on the spot after giving us recommendations and guidance on tree removal for our property. There were a couple trees we thought we should have removed and Mike shared the “why” behind not needing to do so. Right then he could have said yes for additional money but instead was very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Maureen was very pleasant to work with in scheduling and she even followed up to make sure everything was to our liking. On top of it all, we had a family emergency come up the day they were scheduled and without a blink of an eye Mike said “go” and don’t worry about anything. When we returned the house looked amazing and you would never know the trucks were in our yard maneuvering around. The lawn was spotless and their clean up was impeccable.
